MODEL ANALITIK KINERJA HIDRAULIK PEMECAH GELOMBANG TIPE BOX CULVERT

Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kekurangan pemecah gelombang tipe tumpukan batu adalah pemecah gelombang tipe box culvert yang hemat material dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan nilai koefisien transmisi (KT), koefisien refleksi (KR) dan koefisien disipasi energi (KD) sebagai parameter kinerja hidraulik pemecah gelombang tipe box culvert yang dirancang sebagai struktur pemecah gelombang dengan dinding kedap air pada bagian atas dan lubang tipe box culvert pada bagian bawah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan model analitik menggunakan metode fungsi Eigen, dimana potensial kecepatan gelombang (Ø) reguler digunakan sebagai variabel dasar. Parameter lubang dan gelombang divariasikan untuk menentukan kinerja pemecah gelombang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin kecil nilai tinggi lubang box culvert relatif ( ) dan semakin besar nilai panjang lubang box culvert relatif ( ) maka nilai KT akan menurun dan sebaliknya nilai KR akan meningkat. Sedangkan nilai KD akan meningkat jika nilai dan semakin besar, tetapi akan menurun setelah mencapai nilai KD maksimum.
