Systematic Literature Review - analisis manfaat, dampak dan tantangan implementasi ERP

Enteprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan salah satu solusi bisnis bagi sebuah perusahaan. Dalam memutuskan untuk mengimplementasikan ERP suatu perusahaan harus mengevaluasi manfaat, tantangan dan dampak implementasi ERP. Melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR), akan dievaluasi berkaitan dengan manfaat, dampak dan tantangan implementasi ERP. Metode SLR yang digunakan dalam review literatur ini menggunakan metode dan teknik oleh Kitchenham mulai dari perencanakan, proses review dan penulisan hasil review dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi-eksklusi tertentu yang telah ditentukan dan disesuaikan. Manfaat utama implementasi ERP pada perusahaan diantaranya adalah meningkatkan efisiensi, meningkatkan produktivitas, pengambilan keputusan lebih baik, fleksibilitas tinggi dan manajemen data lebih baik. Dalam implementasi ERP, tantangan utama yang dihadapi diantaranya adalah masalah kustomisasi dan integrasi, masalah keamanan, kebutuhan biaya, ketersediaan dan kemampuan layanan serta perbedaan budaya yang ada. Serta Implementasi ERP juga membawa dampak utama diantaranya adalah operasional menjadi lebih efektif, meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan perusahaan, mendorong transparansi di perusahaan, peningkatan integrasi dan data dan kualitas menjadi lebih baik. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi ERP dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi organisasi, namun juga memiliki dampak dan tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan komprehensif tentang manfaat, dampak, dan tantangan yang terkait dengan implementasi ERP, yang dapat membantu organisasi dalam membuat keputusan yang tepat.
