Peer Review Process

Manuscripts submitted to the Perwira Journal of Community Development (PJCD) Perwira go through two stages of review, namely pre-review and substance review. The editorial team conducted a pre-review to assess the suitability of the manuscript with the focus and scope of the journal, as well as the template used by the Perwira Journal of Community Development (PJCD). Pre-review takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

The editorial team conducted a pre-review of the manuscript to assess its suitability with the focus and scope of the journal, journal style, and the writing guidelines for the Perwira Journal of Community Development (PJCD). Plagiarism checking was carried out using Google Scholar and Turnitin software. The evaluation period is 1-2 weeks.

A comprehensive single-blind review was conducted by one reviewer. Review will take 2-4 weeks. If necessary, reviewers can request a review after the author has revised the manuscript.

The editor-in-chief will decide whether or not to accept a manuscript based on the reviewers' recommendations. Accepted manuscripts and manuscripts in layout will be published in work-in-progress before being published periodically, so they can be immediately indexed and cited.
