This community service aims to provide education and assistance in biopore-based organic waste management and the establishment of a nutritional garden as an effort to empower the community in RW 13 Mangunsari Salatiga. Educational and socialization activities are carried out through presentations by speakers from the STIE AMA Salatiga Community Service Team, as well as discussions and simulation practices. The target of this activity is the mothers of the PKK group of RW 13 Mangunsari. Through these educational and mentoring activities, it is hoped that the mothers of the PKK group in RW 13 will be able to manage their organic waste optimally and begin to be disciplined in selecting and sorting household waste, so that the waste bank program and the establishment of a nutritional garden in this RW can be realized for environmentally friendly waste. The Nutrition Garden is one of the local government programs in the context of environmentally friendly organic waste processing. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can foster awareness and a shared commitment for the mothers of the PKK RW group in selecting and sorting waste with the 3R concept, both organic and inorganic waste. The follow-up to this educational and mentoring activity is ongoing mentoring so that the participants can truly sort waste independently as an alternative for processing household organic waste and produce nutritional gardens as a form of independent household food security.
